I was born in Brooklyn, NY, in 1971 to Italian parents. When I was 4 years old, my parents decided to move back to Italy to the small town of Carini, Palermo. I grew up there but never forgot my origins.

My wife and I always shared the dream of coming to the USA and opening our own Italian restaurant. In 2018, with our kids, we decided to embrace a great opportunity and we relocated to North Carolina. We didn’t only bring our dreams but also our beautiful culture that makes us who we are. We opened this restaurant with the hope to share our heritage and this is why we have all this dedication and love toward our cusine.
